Young Thug explains how he warned Kanye West about shutting off lines of communication regarding his appearance on the 'Donda' album.

Either he was featured on the album, or they wouldnt talk to each other again. As it turned out, the warning paid off with an appearance on Remote Control. Speaking to Complex ahead of his Punk LP, Young Thug talked about his interaction with Kanye West and how the G.O.O.D. Music boss could survive in any situation. I just hit Kanye like, Bro, if I aint on the album, we are not speaking, he said. What n-ggas dont know about Kanye West is hes a real n-gga. Hes a billionaire, and all that shit is cool, but in real life, he could survive in the trenches. If he go to the trenches, the jungle, he could survive. He a real n-gga. When asked if Kanye gave him any instructions, he said, You cant instruct me. You cant give me instructions, and I am saying that humbly. I understand music. I understand life. I understand everything. I understand that this car is bigger than the car in front of us. I understand that a motorcycle could never beat this car. I understand the way the universe works, so you dont have to talk to me about certain shit.
