According to TMZ , the Rack City rappers case was refused by the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office and has instead been passed to the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office, meaning he wont be charged with a felony because only the D.A.s Office can file felony charges. The domestic violence case was reportedly passed over by the District Attorneys Office because Swansons injuries and the evidence were not deemed worthy of a felony charge.
