As reported by Radar,the Canadian crooner was handed legal papers from a company called BH 4908 LLC over the weekend. The company is suing Tory for foreclosure, accusing him of defaulting on payments on his Miami condo ever since buying the property in 2018. Torys 2,182 square-foot penthouse was originally bought for $1.8 million, with the rapper reportedly taking out a loan with BH 4908 for $1.26 million. Tory initially agreed to pay $11,057.40 every month and agreed to make another deposit in December 2021. However, the LLC says they havent seen a penny from Tory and claim he now owes a total of $1,237,456.06 plus interest. The papers demand the home be foreclosed and sold off, and they want the 29-year-old lyricist to pay the difference between how much the home is sold for and the amount owed. Read more
