Sources tell Page Sixthat the rapper, 44, and supermodel, 35, are putting the brakes on their budding romance. Kanye reportedly asked Irina to go to Paris for a fashion show with him, but she turned him down. She likes him as a friend, but doesnt want a relationship with him, said a source. She apparently does not want the headlines about their relationship to persist. She doesnt want the association that they are dating, which is what would have run in the press if she showed up , added the source. It would have been another month of news saying that they are dating. The couple was rumored to be datingafter they were spotted celebrating Kanyes 44th birthday in Provence, France, in June. They were pictured getting off a jet in the U.S. after returning from France. She went to his birthday party as a friend. There were 50 other people there, said a source, who downplayed their relationship. The insider also said that Shayk, who has a 4-year-old daughter with Bradley Cooper, is not looking for a relationship. She doesnt want to be linked with anyone right now, added the source. She is happy being single. Back in 2010, Shayk was featured as an angel in Kanyes Power video.
