50 Cent is rivaling Netflix's 'Rhythm + Flow' with a Hip Hop competition series that finds celebrities going head-to-head in rap battles.
Deadline. The upcoming show will be a Hip Hop talent format where celebrities go head-to-head in rap battles before a king or queen is crowned at the end. Developed by G-Unit Film & Television and produced with SFO Entertainment, the series is said to include iconic Hip Hop mentors. 50 Cent is on board to executive produce Unrapped alongside Antonio Collier, Jon Sheinberg, Susie Ursitti Sheinberg, Gwen Osborne and Matt Feige, with casting currently underway. Unrapped brings G-Unit Film and Televisions ability to put incredible music and musical talent on screen to the competition space.
