According to Hollywood Unlocked, the papers were served on September 13, allowing more than enough time for Nicki and Petty to address the matter. Consequently, Houghs attorney is asking the judge for a $15 million default judgement against the couple. As the court documents state, In a request to Douglas Palmer of U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York, Houghs attorney Tyrone A Blackburn asks to please enter the default of defendants Onika Tanya Maraj, and Kenneth Petty, AKA Zoo, pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failure to plead or otherwise defend this action as fully appears from the court file herein and from the attached affirmation of Tyrone A. Blackburn, Esq.
