Nelly and Ashanti have sparked pregnancy rumours. The loved-up couple – who confirmed they were back together in September – set the internet alight following a PDA-packed appearance at rapper Nelly’s Black and White Ball in St. Louis on Sunday. Footage showed a glamorous Ashanti, 43, lovingly cradling her stomach before Nelly, 49, placed his hands on his partner’s belly and excitedly poked out his tongue. After the video started doing the social media rounds, fans flocked to X, formerly Twitter, to suggest the stars’ actions were a pregnancy reveal. One person wrote beneath the clip: ‘OMG… is Ashanti really pregnant? I’m literally confused right now.’ Another added: ‘Oh s**t! She’s pregnant!’ while someone else said, ‘Ashanti and Nelly are pregnant. The Dilemma rapper and Foolish singer previously dated for around 11 years before calling time on their relationship in 2014. Ashanti went public with the rapper in her own way, rocking up to the MTV VMAs on September 12 with a cute photo of her and Nelly printed on her handbag. Everything is lining up in the universe. So I’m happy,’ she added to Today. The lovebirds initially started dating in 2003, before going their separate ways after more than a decade of dating.
