Lil Durk posted a cryptic post to his Instagram Stories following the Bonnie and Clyde-style shootout at his Georgia home.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed they were both Durk and Cox were the victims of a home invasion and aggravated assault. In true Bonnie and Clyde fashion, they couple apparently fired back, but neither was injured. Durk has been relatively silent on the matter with the exception of a singular cryptic post that arrived on Tuesday morning (July 20). Not long after the news broke Durks home had been broken into, 6ix9ine commented, YALL thought this man was gangsta . They sliding on this man every other week DAMN give him a break . He added, SOMEONE SAID @lildurk not gon slide till they kill his girlfriend YALL CRAZY. Durk has faced a series of tragedies beginning in November 2020 when his Only The Family labelmate King Von was murdered.
