Fat Joe wore blue in honor of World Autism Day on Saturday (April 2) and celebrated his son Joey who has autism.

Fat Joe honored his son Joey on Instagram for his birthday last December and explained how terrified he was to learn he was having a child at such a young age. Life is full of surprises, he wrote. I was just a kid at 19 years old when i had Joey. It was one of the scariest days of my life. Doctors said he wouldnt be normal and kids like this are hard to deal with. Not once did me and my family think of giving up on Joey. Hes my jr. its a lot of work its a constant sacrifice that parents make to keep their children happy and most of all safe.
