And on Friday, August 11, the musical genre and culture, that originated in the New York City borough of the Bronx, celebrated its milestone 50th birthday. To mark its Golden Anniversary, Sean Combs, otherwise known now as Diddy, took to his Instagram page to share a love letter to hip-hop.
