Despite a written formal request from ASAP, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, Swedens Prison and Probation Service cited logistic and security concerns as their reasoning for not allowing the famous former inmate to return to perform where he was once detained. Rocky is slated to perform at the Ericsson Globe Arenain Stockholm, Sweden on December 11, the same city where he was arrested for assaulting a fan this summer.
